Exploring how culture (and cultivation) adapt to climate. Part of an ongoing participatory action research project with the Vida Nueva cooperative in Teotitlán del Valle, Mexico.

Residual Conservation

A ecological and political history of Argentina's marine protected areas. Why they don't do a great job by international standards, but are revolutionary by local ones. My senior thesis.

Ecosystem Service Trophic Modeling

An imperfect means to visualize human uses of nature within ecological modeling. Co-authored with Tomás Marina and researchers at CONICET-CADIC, in Ushuaia, Argentina.

Intercultural Bilingual Education

Reviewing leading research on indigenous education methods in Latin America. Co-authored with Andrew Morrison of the Institute for Peruvian Studies.
